Welcome to ApexFlash. By using the ApexFlash platform and ApexBot, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of the Service

ApexFlash is a platform for automated trading of memecoins on decentralized platforms Pump.fun and Lets Bonk. ApexBot is a software tool (sniper bot) that performs trading operations automatically based on the plan you have selected.

2. Who Can Use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must comply with the laws of the country where you reside.
• We reserve the right to deny access or suspend an account without explanation.

3. Risks

Trading memecoins involves very high risk.

• Prices can drop sharply to zero.
• You may lose all the funds you deposit.
• ApexFlash and ApexBot do not guarantee any profit.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You bear full responsibility for all your actions and decisions.

4. ApexBot

• The bot operates in fully automatic mode and does not provide financial recommendations.
• We are not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution.
• You independently choose the plan and the amount to activate the bot.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency.
• Minimum withdrawal amount — $10.
• Standard withdrawal processing time — up to 36 hours.
• Delays are possible due to blockchain network congestion (SOL, ETH, TRX, TON, etc.).

6. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to:

• use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or financing prohibited activities;
• attempt to hack, perform DDoS attacks, or reverse engineer the bot;
• register multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

7. Liability

ApexFlash is not responsible for:

• losses due to market movements;
• technical failures, hacker attacks, or network issues;
• user errors (incorrect wallet address, etc.).

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes via email or through a notification in your personal account. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union.
